Mr. Hosey Anderson, Jr. and Mrs. Corine (Montgomery) Anderson was blessed on July 11, 1944 with a beautiful baby girl in Birmingham, Alabama. She started school at Lewis School in North Birmingham at the age of six. She went through until she got to the Ninth Grade where she started Parker High School. She withdrew in the Eleventh Grade due to the family moving to Mulga. She started Westfield High School in the Eleventh Grade in all academic classes. After graduation she went to Chicago, Illinois to live with her favorite aunt. At the age of 28, she became guardian to six young people who she refused to see separated. She had eleven years to live her life like she wanted to. Her parents died at an early age, and she came home to fulfill her mother’s wishes. Her mother did not want her remaining children separated after she was gone. She worked at Bruno’s Corporation for 25 years. She retired to take care of her sick husband, Eugene Robinson. She joined First Baptist Church of Booker Heights under Reverend Fuller where she remained until her transition. She received her wings on October 15, 2018 at home. She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Hosey Anderson, Jr.; her mom, Mrs. Corine Montgomery Anderson; her brother, Mr. Hosey Anderson, III and her husband, Mr. Eugene Lee Robinson. She leaves five sisters, Mrs. Barbara (the late Tyree) Bell of Birmingham, AL, Mrs. Jacqueline (Darby) Williams of Birmingham, AL, Ms. Juanita Anderson of Atlanta, GA, Mrs. Ruthie Anderson Brown of Birmingham, AL and Mrs. Pamela (George) Dobbins of Tuscaloosa, AL; three brothers, Mr. Carl (Wilma) Anderson of Texas, Mr. Jessie (Lesa) Anderson of Atlanta, GA and Mr. Derrick (Doris) Anderson of California; two special sisters, “Doris Atkins” and “Linda Brown”; a very special cousin, Mrs. Landis Lumpkin; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
