Clinton Jones Sr.

Clinton Jones Sr. was born July 21, 1951 to Timothy Jones and Cesler Jones in Birmingham, Alabama. He was called home to be with the lord on Sunday, September 12, 2021. He attended Carver High School. He later served in the United States Air Force. Clinton was employed at Huntsville Hospital where he retired and moved back to his hometown of Birmingham, Alabama. Clinton was preceded in death by his father Timothy Jones and mother Cesler Jones. He leaves to cherish and celebrate his life; wife Chirell Silmon Jones of Birmingham, Alabama; one sister Cathy Jones of Birmingham, Alabama. Along with three sons Clinton Jones Jr. (Lacresia), Quincy (Yohance) Jones, and Courtney Payne all of Birmingham, Alabama; three daughters Carmela (Derrick) Johnson of McCalla, Alabama, LaKeita Jones and Clinshon Jones, both of Birmingham, Alabama; seventeen grandchildren. He was loved by one niece, two nephews, and a host of family and friends.
