Daphne Watson

Daphne Eileen Watson was born on March 22, 1958 in Beckley, West Virginia.  She was the first daughter of the union of John Maceo Watson, Jr. and Lura Elizabeth (Moss) Watson.

She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley, West Virginia in 1977 and attended both Beckley and Concord Colleges. She later moved to Atlanta, GA where she resided until her passing on January 11, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Maceo and Lura Elizabeth (Moss) Watson.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her children, Lewis Philip Hudson, Bradlee Jemial Watson, Meghan Elizabeth Watson; grandchildren Jalen Raushawn Hudson, Selena Lenae Hudson, Ava Mackenzie Costello, all of West Virginia; siblings, Norma Jean (Watson) Stanley,  John Norman Watson, Yolanda (Watson) Gill (Stanley), Maria (Watson) Gaddis (John) and a host of relatives and friends.
