Jesse Gaddy was born on April 30, 1943, to the late Charlie Gaddy and Paralee Catlin Gaddy in Birmingham, AL. He was employed at Bermco Aluminum Industries until he retired. He married Christine Dawson on December 31, 1993.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister (Diana Gaddy) and stepdaughter (Michelle Kemp-Gilder). He was a member of the Way of Salvation Cathedral of God. He is survived by his wife Christine Gaddy, daughter Vickie Gaddy-Davenport, stepdaughter Catina Dawson. Two granddaughters T’Meika Jackson and Leonjua (Jason) Yancy, one grandson Jamarcus Gilder. Four great grandchildren Skylar, Jaxon, Devon, and Joshua. Five brothers in law: Charles (Jennie) Dawson, Sylvester (Shelia) Dawson, Walter (Pamela) Dawson, Robert (Brenda) Dawson, and Hubert Dawson. Three sisters in law: Venda (Carl) Craig, Mary (Andrew) Johnson, and Cherry Dawson. A very special cousin Ruthie Covington and a host of family and friends.
