Fegary Smiley, age 60, of Birmingham , passed away on June 29, 2016. Public viewing will be Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 1 - 8pm at the funeral home. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 12 Noon at Serenity Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Brighton Cemetery.
