Patricia Polk Obituary

Patricia Diane McDade- Polk, age 62, of Birmingham, passed away on June 4, 2017. She was the former owner of Tiny Tots Academy & Kids University. Public viewing will be Friday, June 9, 2017 from 1 -8pm at Serenity Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 11:00am at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Pratt City. Dr. T. L. Lewis, officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
