Public Viewing for Ms. Rochelle Owens will be held Friday from 12- 8p.m. at Serenity Chapel. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 7th, 2015 @ 11:00 a.m. at Household of Faith (Eastlake). Burial will follow in G. W. Carver Cemetery.
